The Explosive Response

You always blame others!
You think you’re so righteous!
And, all I did for you.
You’re so radical and extreme!
You think you know everything!
What makes you think you’re the expert?

The Victim Response

You don’t understand me.
How hard it is for me.
You should support me.
My life is hard.
You’re so mean.
I have so many responsibilities.
I get stressed.

The Nice, Soft Response

Ah, you just need to understand
that life is hard for everyone,
and we all just need to love
one other
and trust each other.
All humans fail.
You should never cut people out.
We should forgive one another.
Life is all about love.

They will say anything to avoid discussing the issue.

They refuse point blank to take ANY responsibility for their abuse.

They act like the victim when the anger card fails to work.

The bag of tricks is never-ending. They will always have something to pull out to distract you from getting to the core issue.

But, don’t waste your time. They will play the game for as long as you’re willing.

Walk away, it’s the only solution.
