You Hurt Me

You hurt me.
They say,
No, I didn’t.
I felt hurt.
Well, I didn’t
do it.
I felt hurt by you.
They say,
you perceived it.
Look —
if you feel hurt
by someone’s actions,
that’s it.
You were hurt.
Don’t defend it.
It is your feeling.
You know if you were hurt.
